DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. The goods are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after the funds are credited to the company account. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended to 10 days.
2. After receiving the parcel, please check whether it has not been damaged during transport. It is important that the outer packaging is not damaged (cut). Any damage should be reported immediately to the shipping company. The courier is then obliged to prepare a damage report, which entitles him to file a complaint.
3. Each shipment is insured.
4. Any discrepancies regarding the completeness of the delivery with the order must be reported immediately after receiving the goods. Complaints not reported immediately after receiving the shipment will not be accepted.
5. In the event of a mistake when packing parcels, ALUCENTER s.c. covers shipping costs.
6. In the event of loss of the shipment due to the fault of third parties, ALUCENTER s.c. reserves 28 business days to respond to the situation (submitting a complaint, responding to the complaint, etc.)
